I am a female who has been terrorised and harassed, first by Manchester City Council. The terrorism and harassment were further compounded by the LGO Commissioners, Anne Seex (York Office) and Jerry White (Coventry Office) who looked at each incident in isolation and refused to investigate. No amount of written evidence will open the eyes of the LGO Commissioners who wish to be considered blind when it comes to protecting their Council friends!  When I found out that Ms D Phelan, Environment officer, MCC, had lied to PC Mark Clayton, to gain the officer’s concern so he would force entry into my home, I was frightened and shaken.  I became even more afraid, not just for myself but for the people of Britain, when the terrorism and harassment developed due to this incident, because I realised that we were not living in a democratic society but ‘Dictatorship – hidden under the umbrella of democracy’.  The LGO Commissioners Anne Seex and Jerry White comments confirmed my suspicions of bias and corruption and that they were not what they claimed to be.  My life has been on hold for 8 years.  I have attended the High Court twice seeking a Judicial Review – 16.3.05 Justice Bean presiding and most recently, Ref:  CO/9308/2007 24.4.08 Justice Cranston presiding.  Both times theJR was refused.  The knife was finally stuck into me and twisted when Mr Cranston ordred a Restraining Order against me in support of MCC and LGO and ordered me to pay costs of £740 to MCC and approx. £2,820 to LGO.  8 years of hell is continuing.  I have been served with a ‘Notice Seeking Possession’ and have informed Sir Igor Judge, President of the Queens Bench Division, RCJ.  Silence is all I receive.  All the incidents of harassments have been backed up with written evidence.

I recently heard on National News that the Human Rights Act is to be granted to those serving in the armed forces.  This Act seems to be for everyone, even criminals and terrorists,  except myself and those of us who have become involved by trusting a corrupt and biased terror gang, namely Anne Seex, Jerry White and Tony Redmond.
