This extension is room size. I have checked with all my neighbours and none of them is aware, nor am I, of any planning permission being granted for this extension. We already have a number of instances of work being carried out on this property without planning permission and then retrospective planning permission being granted. I trust this scam is not being perpetrated again. I would appreciate an early reply to this email and an imminent investigation into what is going on. Thank you for your attention.
