Letter to the Parliamentary Ombudsman, 3rd December 2006
Re: the retaliatory attack by your chosen yobo 'survey' team, the question of our human rights and your easy-going manufacture of 'porkies'!
Dear Ombudsman,
Re your letter 30 Nov 2006, with all the goodwill in the world, one cannot forget that you stand at the head of a corrupt Ombudsman structure, namely the public sector complaints procedure. That you are falling back on the well-honed public sector routine of trying to bury your fraudulent retaliation survey 'front' with banal apologies. We are by now immune to your worthless public sector complaint procedure apologies.We have already described in detail your dishonest survey, how when my wife first picked up the phone and was asked by your selected survey team "if she would answer their question re your survey" My wife replied to your survey team "No thank you". We wrote to you in some annoyance CLAIMING THAT IN A CIVILISED SOCIETY THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN ENOUGH. Indicating to you, that an honest survey team would have left us alone and moved on. One can see from the evidence that this was not an honest survey, that it had undertones relating to Ombudsman retaliation.
One can also see that this was not an honest survey team. They were intent on badgering us into taking part - something we had earlier indicated to you that we had no intention of doing. Although you knew we wanted no part in your survey - you made no effort to stop this dishonest subterfuge hounding.
You employed a strident intrusive 'survey team' that would not go away when asked but persisted against our wishes, using ombudsman style devious aggression. They acted like seasoned abusers against victims of corruption!
You were responsible for employing these yobs who treated us with brash contempt. They were consistent in their aggression and despite being told that we would not answer their questions with a polite 'No thank you' from my wife, they stuck firmly to their guns and remained loyal to the disreputable task that you had set them.
THIS WAS NOT AN HONEST SURVEY
It was a 'front' that enabled you to retaliate against us because we had disclosed your corrupt acts. You were determined to make life uncomfortable for us because we had disclosed your manufacture of 'porkies' etc.!
You purposely ignored our plea for privacy in this matter, thus allowing your aggressive yobs to continually pester us. This was pure retaliation on your part, we were being punished for disclosing your corrupt acts and further disclosures concerning public sector corruption, in which you played a leading cover-up role. You were trying to frighten us off by employing jackboots pretending to provide a Westminster survey.
Our privacy was invaded by these Westminster bully tactics, as used by your appointed abusive intruders into our privacy, especially as we had made it clear to you that we did not want to take part. It is worth pointing out once more, that in any civilised society our refusal to take part would have been enough for an honest survey team, to desist, pack up their bags and go on to the next client.
We repeat this was not the actions of an honest survey team, your selected team were determined to hound us despite our protest. You, a parliamentary ombudsman, having prior notice that we did not want to take part, allowed your chosen belligerents to carry on and hound us!
The obvious question arising from this Westminster gaff is who gave this dishonest survey team instruction to be so intrusively aggressive? We know from experience that you are corrupt and belligerent with it! It is quite conceivable that your survey yobs took their belligerence from your strident attitude against us.
Because this is another of your Westminster inspired gaffs, it shows even further contempt for our human rights, we ask; what's next? a dreaded knock on the door?
While I myself am prepared to face your corruption head on, I have to say my wife now feels afraid that "something will happen", that after almost 4 years of public sector chicanery, she has become frightened, simply because we have complained about public sector corruption, though we now face retaliation!
Its like being under fire all over again, at least we knew that Adolph was the enemy, now we seem to have an established fifth column that attacks honest protesters? (It would appear there is nobody in parliament to stop you, such is your anointed misuse of power!)
Your appointed survey team were nasty in their aggressive persistence and in their lack of honest survey technique, that one is led to believe that you, the planner, may well have hand-picked these experienced yobs yourself. We say this because they came from the same belligerent 'couldn't care less' mould so typical of your own corrupt actions against us!
We felt as though we were being browbeaten by ombudsman bully boys, who would not take no for an answer. They had not set out to do an honest civilised survey; they had a hidden agenda to browbeat us.
What about the quite enjoyment of our own home (Article one Protocol one, Human Rights Act)?
ve the dishonest 'survey' yobs knew what was expected of them - they were there to do a browbeating 'job on us' for as long as it took?. All this browbeating because we were critics of public sector corruption - the same corruption you failed to hide with your 'porkies'.With your usual deceitful ombudsman cover-up stance you now want to imply that you have 'dealt' with this ombudsman inspired survey hounding. That you have 'told them off' and you now claim 'that they will not do it again??'
YOU COULD NOT MAKE IT UP!
This indicates just how unruly your 'survey mob' was. It must not be forgotten however, that it was you who set them upon us! Your contemptuous retaliation against us as victims of your corruption is a serious violation of parliamentary democracy and a corruption of parliamentary values. We have mentioned Al Capone before now when criticising your fraudulent acts, we have become to realise that you and he have a lot in common as when dealing with the underdog - his philosophy was "just tread on em"!
Now you deceitfully want to imply this 'survey' abuse of our human rights can be dismissively brushed away with the public sectors well-worn apology routine! That you want to indicate you have 'sorted' your sordid retaliative shameful act against us by telling your 'hired hands' NOT TO DO IT AGAIN? What a ridiculous Ombudsman cop-out. You set them upon us, and then claim by telling them 'not to do it again', it is a sufficient apology for yet another corrupt act!
The mind boggles at your crass self-protective capabilities.
Al Capone would have said in his defence at such a gaff "It was all their fault guv, I only hired them!"
Human rights are not to be abused with impunity!
Another important point concerning your disrespect for our human rights, is that after we had fingered and laid bare your fabrications (porkies), and having pin-pointed your glaring lies - you then closed our case down - you don't want your corrupt acts discussed any more?We realise with much disgust that you do have the easy facility to misuse your power and bury your corrupt acts! The key to such abomination of the democratic principle seems to be that no one in Westminster will lift a finger against you. Because of this parliamentary laxity you have become a freewheeling jack booting tyrant
You're sticking your head in the sand in regard to not wanting to discuss your corruption against us any further, will not make your corrupt acts go away. When you eventually pull your head out from the sand - you will find your corrupt acts will still be here - no amount of whitewashing apologies will make them disappear - even your witch's wand is guaranteed to fail! Even more Ombudsman Westminster 'porkies' will not suffice.
You are following the Ombudsman tradition, where over the years by deceitful orchestration, they gave themselves much tyrannical power - where instead of protecting the public as was intended - they have become by devious design, persecutors of citizens rights? They have in fact been largely responsible for perfecting the "Old Pals Act" that has become an entrenched self-protective industry much used by public sector miscreants nation-wide!
Ombudsman in general with great relish, take an active part in condoning and manipulating fraudulent acts against members of the public who have legitimate claims against public sector employees. You/they have destroyed up-front accountability. As we have pointed out, you have, without a care in the world, and with great effrontery, retaliated against our claims of public sector corruption - we now feel the knock on the door is well within your devious orchestrating powers!
You seem obsessed in protecting civil servant miscreants, and in doing so forget your salaried parliamentary obligations i.e., protecting members of the public against corrupt civil servants. Such deception makes you an over-blown expensive blight on the MOTHER OF PARLIAMENT!
It's quite amazing how a civil servant miscreant like you can operate behind lawyers and stupid legislation that makes you untouchable, hence the freewheeling corrupt acts, and all this paid for by taxpayer's money. While a war pensioner has been denied justice under this fraudulent system. Even a minuscule amount of my war pension will have found its way into this perverse system that allows you to persecute us and many others with 'porkies' and blatant disregard for democracy etc.
We have to ask however did you get this parliamentary position, we are intrigued? Was it political influence? Family connections? We are mystified that you have attained such an influential position that should be anointed with honesty - and there you are sullying the position - more like the artful dodger!
You yourself, in the most strident manner have used 'porkies' against us, trying to destabilise our case. You are corrupt in pretending you do not see any evidence of fraud or corruption in our case. It is common knowledge that Ombudsman careers in general, are largely based on denial of facts with a severe lack of transparency, aided by a spurious apology routine, you are no exception to this undemocratic abomination.
We have been denied justice by your systematic pretended blindness. We will put our case into the public domain, thus giving our case a whiff of transparency it so richly deserves.
We shudder to think how many complaining victims of the public sector complaints procedures you have steam-rolled into complying with your deceitful manipulative acts? You are a disgrace to Parliament, the Queen and the British people! Resign!
